Since the foundation of WPT Nord GmbH on 01.06.1997 in Kiel, we have successfully adapted to the constantly growing demands of our customers and developed into an internationally active, independent service company. The business activities of WPT Nord GmbH, include services in the field of non-destructive material testing, e.g. X-ray testing, surface-crack testing, ultrasonic testing of welds in shipbuilding, wind power plants, pipelines in power plants, components of rail vehicle technology and testing and inspection work in other industrial sectors, such as steel bridge construction and steel hydraulic engineering. The various tests are carried out in the laboratory in Neumünster, at the manufacturer and on the construction sites. Quality assurance includes damage analyses, crack length monitoring in the field of rail vehicle technology and wind power plants. The WPT Nord GmbH is available for the elaboration and also in the course of redevelopment measures. WPT Nord GmbH is also responsible for production monitoring and construction supervision at the manufacturer and on construction sites.
